Every day, creativity, teamwork, and dedication come together to help us create special moments for our customers and with a little help from our furry shop companions.

What makes our team so special is the variety of experience, creativity and heart each person brings. Some of our staff have been with us for just a few months, bringing fresh ideas and excitement, while others have spent decades perfecting their craft and sharing their knowledge with the next generation.

Amy keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and leads our team with dedication, experience and heart.

Theresa - Designer (40+ Years)

With an incredible 45 years of floral design experience, Theresa brings unmatched artistry, creativity and wisdom to every arrangement she creates.

Courtney - Sales & Customer Service

Courtney has been helping customers find the perfect floral selections for many years with warmth, knowledge and exceptional service.

Tracey - Sales & Customer Service

Tracey brings friendly customer care and a passion for helping every customer feel welcomed and supported.

Heidi- Sales & Customer Service

Heidi brings a friendly and welcoming presence while helping customers find exactly what they need.

Maizy - Sales & Customer Service

One of our newer team members, Maizy, brings energy and enthusiasm while helping customers find exactly what they need.

Katie - Designer

Katie is one of our newest designers, already bringing creativity and fresh inspiration to the design team.

Maggie - Flower Prep & Backup Designer

Maggie plays an essential role preparing flowers and stepping in as a backup designer whenever needed.

Pat - Flower Prep & Backup Driver

Pat helps keep operations running smoothly through flower prep and assisting with deliveries.

Barb - “Plant Room” Specialist

Barb is the creative force behind many of our remarkable green and indoor blooming plant creations. She’s also always willing to jump in and help with deliveries when needed.

Kayla - Social Media Intern & Design Support

Kayla returns from college during summer and winter breaks to support the team with social media, marketing and floral design.

Our Delivery Team

Dave, John, William and David help ensure your flowers arrive safely and beautifully. Several of our drivers have been part of the Cathy Cowgill family for 15+ years, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication.

Behind the Scenes

Beautiful flowers don’t just magically appear in arrangements; they require a lot of preparation, teamwork and care. Prep work is one of the most important parts of our business. As part of our commitment to cross-training and teamwork, many of our staff spend hours processing fresh flowers as they arrive, organizing inventory, and keeping our coolers in top shape so every stem stays as fresh as possible.

Our Furry Assistants

No team introduction would be complete without our beloved shop pets! Sophie is a familiar face around the shop and comes in most days to brighten everyone's mood. Bruno may be retired, but he still makes occasional special appearances.

Our resident cats, Frankie and Max, are always ready to “assist” with the flower business in their own entertaining ways, usually involving curiosity, supervision and a little chaos.
